Use AGE to support/complement your current system
- AGE is the missing link

Use AGE alongside other platforms

Powerpoint :

You can use Powerpoint for your regular contents with rich contents etc. Use AGE to provide interactive questionnaires. This way contents can be kept to reasonable sizes and ability to be used offline. Otherwise using PHP or Flash online systems means those without broadband Internet may find using your contents problematic.

Many teachers in schools are familiar with using powerpoints to create contents to show to students. These are good and can accommodate rich contents and set with videos etc.

CDs - these are good and essential to all. However the problem comes about when one cannot possibly send CD rom sized contents easily over the Internet with broadband or dial ups.  The files are just too big.  Even in schools, a teacher has only one copy.

So for those companies which rely on CD/DVDs as their only way to deliver contents they can consider having certain part of their contents to be in AGE formats. This way, they can send their huge CD sized contents by the normal post and having their daily real time contents be delivered through the Internet whether dial ups, Satellites or broadband. This way the courseware or lessons can proceed without incurring huge costs.

Html
Users and make use of HTML authoring tools to create html contents. To provide interactive contents/questionnaires AGE can be very useful. AGE is currently using html to arrange and link to AGE contents right now.

Online Flash/Java contents.
Contents based on these platforms generally require broadband to deliver multimedia contents. Many users do not have such broadband connections and even more cannot afford to have broadband connections in areas where broadband are available.
The situation is worse in many African developing countries where broadband, where available, are relatively expensive or non existent.

So using AGE to complement such systems is very logical because  for certain areas without broadband, AGE can provide that last mile to enable good interactive contents to be delivered.  This way implementers or educators would be able to reach out to both rich and poorly served areas -  those with and those without broadband.

..... or other platforms for delivery of digital contents.

Find out

1. how AGE can save hundreds of millions of cost of implementations and new hardware purchases.
2. Why using CDs or online flash will cost you a big sum without any assurance of success even in developed countries
3. how we can really uplift your entire nation's use of ICT in mass Education to the next level deem impossible before.
4. how we can train your teachers to be digital enabled from blackboard/paper based for almost negligible costs.
(try this with tradition tools.... you would need hundreds of million of dollars for a small country)
5. how with very little budget you can reach out to the most remote areas you never dream of reaching with available technologies and infrastructures.
6. Don't have to wait for nationwide broadband roll out (if you have the funds in view of the financial crisis).  Use immediately.

 ... plus many more benefits.
